Villa Elaine Open Living with Private Pool, near Padang Padang Beach

Staying at this villa was an absolute NIGHTMARE! To start when we arrived they cleaning crew put us in a different villa then switched us to another villa. The villa was beyond hot inside. Every 30 minutes the power to the entire villa would cut off. I contacted the manager and he said someone would come out to fix it. No one showed up for 2 1/2 days to address this issue. Every time I left the villa the power would turn off, which means no A/C so it would be really hot once I returned. On top of that I had to wake up and reset the power box multiple times in the middle of the night to keep power going and A/C. Next the pool was absolutely filthy. Green with algae. Told the manager about this issue when I arrived. He told me it was dirty from previous guest. I own a pool. This pool has been sitting dirty for a very long time without the pump/filter running. He said the pool cleaners would come that day. They don’t show up for 3 days. The pool cleaners then told me the manager isn’t good at communicating and that they have had the pump running for a long time because there’s been electricity problems. This villa was not ready to rent to anyone at all. I was taken advantage of. Next the manager said they need someone to come fix the wood around the pool in the middle of our stay. As they were doing that, someone from their crew entered inside of the villa while my wife was showering. This was not acceptable AT ALL. Do not stay at this villa. You will regret it!

Positive: La ubicación estaba muy cerca de Padang Padang. Nos movimos en Grab y la verdad que no tuvimos ningún problema en la localización del lugar. Nos dejaron un código para poder entrar y todo el alojamiento estaba impecable. La piscina, las habitaciones, la cocina, salón y comedor todo en uno en un espacio diáfano que permitía disfrutar aún más si cabe de esta fantástica villa. Recomendado.

Good lacation good villa Positive: Beautiful villa in good location. Close from many restaurants and cafe, more interesting is not far from padang2 beach. Its very easy for me who like going for morning walk on the beach and surfing. Villa is clean and linen is important. Definitely will comeback again. Negative: Nothing
